Erection

24’ and 32’ can be easily erected by the buyer. We recommend that 40’ and wider be erected by a professional crew. 40’-60’ truss type comes with Ground Anchor System that allows for concrete stabilization after erection. Over 100’ wide available on special order.

Polyfabric Hay Covers

  1. Heavy reinforced super tough poly fabric 200 lb/in, tensile strength. Special treatment for long outdoor life. Beware of inferior fabrics.
  2. Rope is encased in the hem and a spur eyelet is set into 5 layers of material to give 500 lbs. of pull per eyelet. Webbing hook gives 535 lbs. per loop strength.
  3. Silver/Grey on outside to reflect light and black on inside to prevent greenhousing.
  4. Versatile hem is designed for both pipe insertion and other conventional systems like rope, spiral pins, etc. See “Some Suggested Tie Down Methods”

  • The Quick Off tarp stop is removed by just pulling one pin.
  • Fabric and roller pipe are off in seconds.
INSTANT MINOR ADJUSTMENTS (Standard)
  • Tarp tension are made possible with this crank bracket. Adaptable to being installed on either side of the box. The crank handle is a two piece telescopic design that adjusts to the height of your box. Spring loaded pin holds handle in place.
CHAIN-HOOK SYSTEM (Standard)
  • Hook and lock in one motion.
  • No hardware on top of box to get damaged or interfere with stock racks.
  • No expensive aluminum to replace (about $7.50 per ft)
  • Ridge pole to keep tarp evenly taut.
  • Adjustable height on hooks allows you to take out slack areas in tarp.
  • New hook fastens only to top rim of truck box.
