Construction: All buildings are constructed from square and rectangular tube produced by Allied Tube and Conduit. Allied's patented Flo-Coat process is a synergistic triple-coat corrosion protection that retards oxidation and flaking common to conventional galvanizing, inside and out. Cold rolled steel from Allied is 42.8% denser than HSS steel, providing higher yield and tensile strengths. This steel is ideally suited to every building application our customers require. In addition to the state-of-the-art technology employed by Allied, Everlast Structures buildings benefit from the inherent strength advantages that square and rectangular tubing has over pipe. Engineering research proves that 13-gauge 2" square tubing is 17.7% stronger than 13-gauge 2 3/8" pipe.

Fabrene woven polyethylene fabric offers extremely high tensile and tear strength. It can withstand climatic extremes including ultraviolet sunlight exposure, and is moisture proof and impervious to rot, mildew, and most chemicals. Our unique Tension Management System ensures that cover wear is held to a minimum, employing 11,000-lb. Ratchets and load straps for superior membrane attachment. Everlast Structures proudly uses Fabrene Inc. Because of its proprietary woven polyethylene fabric technology, ISO 98001 production standards, and ongoing engineering support.

The preferred foundations used in Everlast Structures are torque ins tailed screw piles. Screw piles by definition are deep foundation members consisting of a steel shaft with a helical plate welded near the base. Bearing capacity in both compression and tension, screw piles are an approved foundation by National Building Code A-4.2.7.1

Removable and re useable, screw piles are the obvious first choice for strength and value with no future environmental consequence.

Guarantee

The fabric and steel materials used in our structures have been selected for their proven strength and long term performance. In order to show our faith in our structures, we are pleased to provide our customers with the following guarantees:

Fabrics: The fabrics used in our structures are water and mildew resistant, insect proof, can withstand extreme climate variations and contain UV inhibitors to reduce degradation by the sun's rays.

Everlast Structures guarantees to supply new replacement fabric for material that deteriorates from any of the aforementioned factors. This guarantee is valid for a period of 15 years from the acceptance date. The guarantee is further limited to full replacement value fora period of 5 Years and replacement on a pro-rata basis, at the then current price, fora period of 10 years after that.

Steel: The steel used is professionally engineered and is of the highest quality and structural capability. Everlast Structures guarantees to repair or replace, on a pro-rata basis at the then current price, and steel that fails from normal usage within 25 years from the acceptance date on this Guarantee.

This guarantee applies to the owner of the structure. This guarantee will not be valid if Everlast Structures has not supervised all erection and dismantlings of the structure during the guarantee period.
